In an informal setting I could ask for feedback through discussion.
Using Microsoft forms I was able to create a survey that is user friendly for myself and the responding individuals. Click the "complete

Flip grid allowed me to create a survey by asking a question and the responding party can respond by video if they choose to. Click the "Leave feedback button" to check it out.
