Sexually Explicit Content:
Material that exposes genitals unconcealed with oral, vaginal, and/or anal penetration (Allen, Lavender-Stott, 2015, p. 396).

Sexually Semi-Explicit Content:
Nudity is present with intimate touching (Allen, Lavender-Stott, 2015, p. 396).

Module Summary
Boys typically discover their first sexual image at age 9 through porn magazines or internet, movies, television, while with a friend or alone. (Allen, Lavender-Stott, 2015, p. 399). Boys are typically at home or a friend's house when they see their first image(Allen, Lavender-Stott, 2015, p. 396). Most girls viewed their first sexual image at ages 9 as well. However, they were more likely to encounter the image in the presence of their parents and/siblings while watching a movie or television (Allen, Lavender-Stott, 2017, p. 633). Parents play a vital role in educating their children about sex. It is reported that parent's are often times the first person to speak to their child about sex (Allen, Lavender-Stott, 2015, p. 401). Unfortunately more time than not parents do not properly educate their children about sex, or take the accidently pop up scenes present during the movie to explain to their child/children what they witnessed (Allen, Lavender-Stott, 2015, p. 402). It is important for parent to openly communicate with their children concerning sex. One way they can do so is by making the child/children feel comfortable and proceed to inform them about sex, sexting, and the use of chatrooms, and sharing nudes online El-Murr, Latham, Quadara, 2017).
