Shalinda, an employee of Beyond The Bell. She and I met to conduct our interview. Shalinda's responses were full of passion and insight from hands on experience of working with the children. One main take away for me, is that programs of this nature are undervalued. The impact programs of this nature make in the participants is everlasting, but yet the value of these programs are unrecognized on the scale they should be.
